Data Quality Manager
Job Description:
*Responsible for data quality for the program.
*Establishes policy and guidance for data collection and means to validate the data throughout the process.
*Leverages subject matter expertise to drive the architecture and design of data storage systems, ensuring data is stored securely and efficiently.
*Designs data validation rules, audits, and cleansing routines to maintain high data quality.
*Design and develop data access controls, encryption, and other security measures to protect sensitive information.
*Monitors the performance of data storage and processing systems, identifying bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and implementing optimizations to improve speed, efficiency, and scalability.
*Manages changes to data configurations in a controlled manner, assessing risks associated with changes, and ensuring minimal impact on ongoing operations.
Education/Experience:
*10+BA/BS or 5+MA/MS) or (14+AA/No Degree)
